Auction for Jeni

I've posted here before about a charity auction organized by Bella at Beyond the Map and other bloggers for Jeni at The Comfy Place. Jeni is a single mom to a son who is about the same age as mine, and she has Stage Four colon cancer.

You'll find art, jewelry, children's clothing, items for your home and a whole host of items to pamper your body and heal your spirit -- from scented soap and handcream (which you know I have a weakness for), to a stay at a Marriott, to a day with Karen Mazen Miller of Cheerio Road, to a spiritual reading and candle vigil for you.

But let me tell you, I don't care what you all bid on, that third season of Family Ties on DVD is totally mine, it may be pre-Ellen and pre-Nick, but at least it's Alex P. Keaton at his peak, before the show degenerates into the dating-Courtney-Cox-the-psych-student plot lines.
