Apparently I'm a Diva

I have temporary access to a borrowed PC, and I am finding that I cannot write on it. The keyboard doesn't feel right and the default fonts are all funny and everything just seems wrong.

So, in spite of the fact that I theoretically have the tools to finish the post I started before destroying my own computer this weekend, I'm not comfortable here. Apparently, everything has to be just so for me to write, because apparently I am a diva.

Someone fix my makeup! My hair's not right! Do something about those lights! Who put that there?! Where's my favorite gown?! Get me some bottled water and an organic spinach salad! Not the ranch dressing, damn it! Forget it! I can't work under these conditions! STOMP... Stomp... stomp... stomp... stomp...

  1. Ok I am laughing. So you are a diva? I guess I now have competition for the part.

Oh man this made me laugh. Even though I'm also very sad that your computer is on the broken side.

  6. My dearest sweetest Owen knocked my laptop over which busted out my USB ports. To repair the damage is equal to buying a new laptop. Dh took me shopping to look at them - um, no. None of them were right. None of them were MY computer. Didja see the episode of Sex and the City when Carrie wraps her ailing laptop in a pashmina to the computer repairman? That's me, lol. I must be a diva too. I'm a diva with no USB support on her computer. ;-)

I hope yours is fixed soon!

  10. I can relate. Since I've moved, I can't seem to find my MoJo. I wrote from one spot for 2 1/2 years and now I'm in the living room. I feel quite naked. Diva, huh? Yep, that's what it is. hahaha!!

Here's a hug and a glass of wine...

Buon Giorno, Princepessa;) Remember: A princess should never settle, to do so lowers the status of an entire nation. But I do hope that you find the Perfect Princess rhinestone studded laptop ASAP, because I miss you.

Hehe...this is the same reason that I have not gotten my poor laptop (that desperately needs to go in for repair for a broken hinge) fixed... I can't bear to use the bf's desktop because I, too, am a diva. :-D
